A firewalk is the ultimate test of inspiration and courage. True to its name, it involves walking barefoot over red-hot wood embers reaching around 800 degrees. No tricks, no special effects—just you and the fire.

You don’t need any previous experience – all necessary training will be provided on the day.

To support our lifesaving work, we kindly ask you to aim for a £130 sponsorship goal. You will be given the full support of the St John Ambulance Cymru team to help you successfully reach your fundraising target. Your support enables us to provide first aid cover at events, deliver frontline services, and support our NHS and emergency services, while also training children and adults in first aid, giving them the skills and confidence to save lives.
