Women + Health has been a safe, inclusive space for vulnerable, disadvantaged and underrepresented women & their families since 1986. Pioneers of integrated and holistic healthcare, they nurture physical, mental, emotional & social well-being.

Services include short & long term counselling, complementary & alternative medicines such as acupuncture, osteopathy & reflexology, yoga, therapeutic gardening & life coaching. Many service users have complex health & social needs & include survivors of domestic & sexual violence, those suffering with multiple chronic physical pain conditions, burnout syndrome, PTSD, anxiety & depression.
