In a few weeks, I am taking on 'Pedal the Peaks' challenge to raise money for Grocery Aid. For everyone that knows me - you know i love a challenge, so I am embracing the challenge to ride 250 miles (400kms) and 30 000ft (9000 metres) over 3 days - the equivalent of climbing Everest!!

Having worked in the Grocery industry my whole career, Grocery Aid is an invaluable charity, providing financial, emotional and welfare support to people who wok, or have worked in the industry! This support includes financial grants, emotional support, practical advice and access to online resources as well as a free helpline an online portal for mental health and wellbeing.
