Story
As you are all aware, my big sister Beverley was told on June 2022 that she had stage 3c cancer. Following on from having an hysterectomy in Dec 2022 we hoped all was ok but it was in her spine, it has now spread to her jaw. Her first rounds of chemo made her lose her hair then it started growing back but this next chemo will be weekly and high chance she will lose her hair again so want to show her my support by going to brave the shave (she has no idea i have planned this... SHHH, with help from my hairdresser Rachel Messer) I have had a rollercoaster off 18months as in same week i was told dad had alzhiemers and he detoriated so quickly and lost his fight in April. I am really lucky to have amazing hubby, kids and grandkids and friends and all this makes me realise losing my hair is nothing compared to what my sister is going through so.please donate even if its just £1 to this amazing support network Lakelands Hospice x love you all Catherine
