Apart from my obvious love of Crystal Palace FC my work over the years with young people not in education, employment or training has meant I have direct contact with the palace for life foundation and some of the young people I have worked with have been supported on their programmes.

The Palace for Life Foundation has been working with young people for over 25 years. We use the power of sport and Crystal Palace to change the lives of young people within our community, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help.

Growing up in south London has never been tougher but we are in a unique position to drive positive change.
