We are planning to join Headway’s sponsored Zip Wire adventure on Saturday, 22 March, and would be grateful for your support!

This exciting challenge involves travelling to Zip World in North Wales to take on the famous Velocity zip line—said to be the fastest zip line in the world and one of the longest in Europe!

Once kitted out in a harness, helmet, and goggles, we’ll start with the Little Zip, reaching speeds of 30-40mph. Then, after a truck ride up a bumpy track to the top of the mountain, we’ll face the main challenge—the Big Zip—soaring across the quarry for approximately a mile at speeds of 100mph or more! A truly thrilling experience!

All money raised will go to Headway Birmingham & Solihull, a fantastic local charity supporting people impacted by brain injury. The charity has been providing services in the Birmingham area for over 40 years and now offers rehabilitation sessions from its three brain injury centres in Moseley, Rednal, and Wylde Green, as well as one-to-one support at home and in the community.
