Story
This July, Maxime and I are swimming the English Channel relay to raise funds for the Great Ormond Street Hospital. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to help young people with complex illnesses. Donations will help to fund; advanced medical equipment, child and family support services, pioneering research and hospital refurbishment. This is our greatest sporting challenge. We have loved training for the last 18 months in various parts of the world including: lakes in Switzerland, Sweden and Italy to sea waters in South Africa, France and England. More recently, we both completed a long distance Swim Trek in Croatia in which we swam a total distance of around 45km during the day and night time.
We are really grateful to all those who have supported us, helping us to break mental and physical barriers, and all for a great cause.
