31 days, 310k steps in May!

Starting on 1 May, I will be one of the thousands taking on 310,000 steps in 31 days to help bring conversations about young peoples mental health out in the open.

It takes courage to ask for help. But for many young people who do, the support they need just isnt there.

Things can get better. YoungMinds believe every young person should get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what.
