In December 2020 'Robin' the father of my 2 youngest sons, and my soulmate , died of addiction issues.

Through my charity swim I want to raise awareness and reduce the stigma of those struggling with addiction.

River Garden is a charity close to my heart. They are a Scotland-based recovery community helping people rebuild their lives after alcohol and drug addiction. Their aim is to provide a safe, structured environment where individuals can grow, heal, and move forward with purpose.
