My sister Chantelle and I are both taking part in the Walk to Remember for Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice who support children in Wales with a life-shortening condition.

Chantelle's daughter Robyn passed away at Ty Hafan in November 2024.

Ty hafan have been amazing before, during, and now after the passing of my darling niece Robyn where they continue to support Robyn's parents.
