Story

This September, I am taking on Verity's 30-Day Challenge by completing at least 30 minutes of exercise every day from 3 September to the end of the month.

I am raising money for Verity, the UK charity for PMOS (formerly known as PCOS), a cause that is very close to my heart and one that I have proudly supported in previous years. This challenge is about more than fundraising. It is about showing up for myself, raising awareness, and standing alongside the PMOS community every day.

2026 has been a significant year for PMOS/PCOS, with growing recognition of the condition and ongoing work to improve clinical guidelines, research, and understanding. PMOS affects around 1 in 8 women and can cause a wide range of symptoms, including irregular periods, excess hair growth, acne, hair loss, weight management difficulties, anxiety, and depression. For many, the journey to diagnosis is long, frustrating, and can take years.

By supporting this fundraiser, you will be helping Verity continue its vital work in raising awareness, providing support, advocating for better care, and helping to drive the research that is so desperately needed. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference. Thank you for your support.
