Me and Bella are excited to be taking part in North Lincolnshire Mind's first ever Mental Elf event on Sunday 30 November at Central Park, Scunthorpe. We will be dressing up as elves and attempting to run the whole 5k!

This is a unique event which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.

Mind knows that Christmas can be an especially hard time for many. That’s why it's more important than ever to come together, spread some joy, and raise awareness around mental health. All the money raised during Mental Elf will help Mind in their goal of ensuring that nobody faces a mental health issue alone.

Together we can ensure no one has to face their mental health struggles alone.
