In a few weeks I will be running the Cardiff Half marathon. I would love to try and raise some money for Cruse in memory of Olive. Our friends have been through something no parents should ever have to go through but continue to show such strength and resilience.

Sophie and Max are running the Great South run also in October for Cruse;

“In October this year, some friends and I will be running the Great South Run in memory of my lovely daughter Olive. In her honour we will be raising funds for Cruse Bereavement Support, a charity that provides crucial support to individuals and families coping with the loss of loved ones.

When Olive passed away suddenly and unexpectedly our lives were turned upside down and talking to Cruse helped me begin to process our new reality. Losing a child is unimaginable, and our lives, though full of happiness, joy and love, will always be touched with sadness.”
