In October this year, some friends and I will be running the Great South Run in memory of my lovely daughter Olive. In her honour we will be raising funds for Cruse Bereavement Support, a charity that provides crucial support to individuals and families coping with the loss of loved ones.

When Olive passed away suddenly and unexpectedly our lives were turned upside down and talking to Cruse helped me begin to process our new reality. Losing a child is unimaginable, and our lives, though full of happiness, joy and love, will always be touched with sadness.

My friends and I have a range of fitness levels / injuries and determination, so any encouragement you could provide in the form of donations may well help us along!
