Story
I am taking part in the 60 Miles in June Challenge for Tommy's because I want to help save babies' lives.
in April 2025 Harriet suffered a ‘missed miscarriage’ this means the baby’s heart stopped beating, although there was no signs of miscarriage, such as bleeding or cramping. Harriet went for surgery to remove the baby however this was unsuccessful, after other complications and developing an infection she was admitted to hospital, where she lost the baby. this was followed by more complications and scans showed she had retained placenta and had to undergo more treatment.
I’m completing this runfor Tommy’s with my sister and her partner in memory of baby bean x
