A race through the mud and water of the river Blackwater at Maldon in Essex for charity.

Half of the money raised will go to local charities and the other half to Parkinsons UK. As many of you know, my mum died from this illness and it would be lovely to raise as much as possible on the 10th year following her death.

Plus you may enjoy the laugh seeing pictures of me literally getting 'stuck in the mud'. I'm told I will stink afterwards :)
