I lost my dad 7 years ago to lung cancer. He was one of the fittest individuals, never smoked a day in his life so i thought this year i will swim 7 miles, 1 mile per year which will take place at my workplace Kohler Waters Fitness Centre at the Old Course Hotel in St.Andrews. This equates to 564 lengths on the day in our 20m pool. Hoping to be done within 6 hours but we will see how i get on!!
