Story

On Monday the 10th of July my beautiful dog Chinook was rescued by the Glencoe Mountain Rescue team after falling onto a ledge and getting herself cragfast on the descent down Am Bodach. Read the full story here: Chinook’s Rescue

I'm setting this up as a thank you to the men and women who got my girl back to me safe and sound, and to help them have more of what they need to help others …canine or human alike.

About the charity

Glencoe Mountain Rescue has been providing a free rescue service in the Glencoe area since 1961. Run entirely by volunteers and hugely reliant on donations for funding, the rescue service extends to mountains, rivers, lochs, caves and the sea across North Argyll and on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula.
