My company have been raising money for raising money for Alzheimer’s Society over the past few months, and when I heard about this it inspired me to sign up for a 10K to raise some money.

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They support people who have been diagnosed with dementia as well as their families, and fund vital research that hopefully means one day we live in a world where dementia can be cured.

This is a devastating illness that has affected both sides of my family. My beloved grandad, Peter, passed away in 2022 and my grandma, Janice, better known as “Janma” passed away earlier this month.
