The Special Olympics World Summer Games 2023, taking place in Berlin, will see thousands of Athletes compete in 26 summer sports. It will bring together people from across the world to celebrate and promote recognition and inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.

Hi everyone, my name is Chloe Russell, I am one of the Athlete’s picked as part of the artistic gymnastics squad to represent Great Britain at The Special Olympics World Summer Games 2023. As part of my journey, I am required to fund raise for the event. The funds raised will go towards my travel, games kit and training weekends.

With your support, it will help ensure that as a selected team member of Special Olympics GB I will be able to attend the World Games. This will be the pinnacle of my sporting career and a life-changing opportunity that will give me the opportunity to showcase my sporting abilities at an international level.
