Sadly my cancer has recurred for the 3rd time and I am now waiting until it gets big enough to be identified by a scan. It is not an easy wait but I have great support from my friends and family. I am not in pain and remain reasonably active.

Now over 10 years from the original diagnosis I have been truly fortunate to have the unfailing compassion and professionalism that the Royal Marsden has provided.

To raise some money for them I am walking the Cotswold Way this week with my daughter Sarah, Lily the faithful canine companion and friends Chris and Maria. 110 miles. I will match the total donations made. Hope you can help and big thanks if you can.
