I am raising money again this year in memory of my mum who sadly passed away following a battle with cancer in 2019. The team at Hospiscare looked after her in her final weeks with such compassion, care and support and I can’t thank them enough for that. Sadly, through funding cuts they need more and more support to help raise vital funds to keep the amazing work they do going, your support really will go towards helping Hospiscare continue the work they do caring for people sadly going through end of life care.
