I like to set myself challenges and this year I have decided to tackle 26 marathons in 2026.
I’ve done four at the point of writing.
One in a multi-storey car park, one in Seville, one on a 400m track - 105.5 loops and one on the Wales Coastal Path.
One of the reasons I run is to sustain good mental health, having struggled with anxiety several times in the past. I am acutely aware of how poor mental health can be destructive and, for many it is a challenge that they either can’t manage themselves or don’t have the support network to help.
BigMoose do great work to support people struggling with poor mental health. Saving lives.
I’ve decided to ask for contributions to this incredibly worthy cause in lieu of efforts this year and the charity will be incredibly of anything you can afford to give.
