I’m taking part in Walk for Dementia to support Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW—a small local charity making a big difference.

They provide free peer support, information, and signposting for people living with dementia and their families across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

As an independent charity, they rely on donations to keep these vital services running. Every pound raised helps fund support groups, advice sessions, and community activities that bring comfort and connection to those who need it most.
