Dementia Support Hampshire & Isle of Wight is a small, independent local charity founded by people with lived experience of caring for loved ones with dementia. Our mission is simple yet vital: to ensure that everyone living with memory loss or dementia, and those caring for them, have all the support they need.

We provide free information, signposting, and emotional support throughout the dementia journey. Our services include weekly Support & Social groups and monthly Musical Moments sessions, creating safe spaces for connection, laughter, and friendship.
