We are a non judgemental charity. We serve 250-300 hot meals a day, 365 days a year. We also provide clothing and bathroom facilities. We are 100% volunteer led & we receive no government funding. We rely on the generosity of the public to be able to support those less fortunate than ourselves.

Story

Hi everyone!

This year, I’m modelling for St Chad’s College Charity Fashion Show (SCCCFS 2025)! Last year, we raised an incredible £15,900 for charity, and this year, we’re pushing for £18,000—every penny going to support an amazing cause.

To help reach this goal, I’m running 5K every single day for 30 days starting from the 9th April and will be updating my runs on Strava. But to make it even more fun, I’ll be taking on funky milestone challenges along the way. These include:

🏃‍♂️ Doing laps of Cardiac Hill (pray for my legs)

🎭 Wearing a costume for a whole day

🗣️ Going mute for 12 hours

… and many more! The bigger the donations, the more chaotic the challenges get!

This year, SCCCFS is supporting The People’s Kitchen Newcastle, an incredible charity that provides food, clothing, and essential support to people experiencing homelessness and hardship in the Newcastle area.

The People’s Kitchen has been a lifeline for vulnerable people in Newcastle since 1985. They also support people as they move into their first home, providing food, furniture, and bedding to help them settle. But more than that, The People’s Kitchen is a constant source of friendship and support, helping people find stability in the most difficult circumstances. Entirely run by volunteers, they serve over 250 meals every day, 365 days a year!

Just a £5 donation can provide a three-course meal for someone in need. That’s skipping one coffee to help someone get a warm, filling meal. Every donation, no matter the size, truly makes a difference.

If you can, please donate and help me push through the next 30 days of running and dares. Your support means everything!

Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️
