Thousands of people take part in Ride+Stride every year to raise funds to support their local churches and county historic churches trusts. In our area we raised over £30,000 in 2022, for individual churches and for our grants programme. Participants seek sponsorship to visit our churches by walking, cycling, on horse back, on public transport or by car.

We are taking part to continue our support in gratitude for the work done by GHCT from which our own church has benefitted. We'd also like to encourage others to take part or support us by sponsoring our cycle ride or help provide a welcome to others in their own church and so build a tradition of Ride and Stride in the North Cotswolds, particularly the Vale and Cotswold Edge.

Half the money we raise will go to the Gloucestershire Historic Churches Trust and half will go to our own church to contribute towards the building work to provide disabled access and toilet facilities which we are glad to report should be finished this autumn.
