🌸Our Story

Hi everyone, and thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

We’re taking on a huge challenge — climbing Machu Picchu in Peru, in memory of Libby, who we sadly lost in March. She was with us for just eight precious days, but she filled our hearts with a lifetime of love. 💖

Through those heartbreaking days, Tŷ Hafan were by our side. Their compassion, kindness, and care supported our whole family in ways we can never truly put into words. They gave us strength when we needed it most and now we want to give something back

🏔️ Why We’re Doing This

It costs around £425 every single day to provide one palliative care bed at Tŷ Hafan. You can only imagine the costs they face to stay open and to continue helping families like ours.

To support them, we’ve decided to take on the challenge of a lifetime — climbing Machu Picchu. This is no easy trek, but we’re training hard and determined to reach the summit, every step taken in honour of Libby and all the families who rely on Tŷ Hafan’s care and love.
