Studland Stampede · 4 October 2026
On Sunday 4 October, I'm taking on the Studland Stampede — a tough 12km off-road race across heathland and sandy beaches around beautiful Studland Bay.
And I'm doing it for Diverse City.
For 20 years, Diverse City has been working to make the arts fairer, more representative and more accessible — creating performance, supporting artists and making space for more people to create, participate and lead.
I'm incredibly proud of what we've built over those 20 years. And I'm equally excited about what comes next.
So, as part of our 20K for 20 Years campaign, I'm swapping the rehearsal room for the running trail and attempting 12km of hills, heath and — slightly alarmingly — some very sandy final miles.
My target is £1,200: £100 for every kilometre I have to get myself around.
£10, £20, £50 or whatever you can give will get me a little closer to both finish lines.
12 kilometres. £1,200. Here we go.
