In April 2026 I am finally getting to run the London Marathon for the fabulous charity Anglia Care Trust. I have volunteered for ACT for 6 years as an Appropriate Adult - but that's not all they do in Norfolk and Suffolk.

ACT services give people the stability, support and challenge they need to enable them to realise their full potential.

Essentially, our services fall into four main categories:

- Helping people to keep a roof over their heads

- Helping people to stay safe

- Helping people to be heard

- Helping people with their health and wellbeing
