Im taking part in the MRKH Connect 5000 in 50 Challenge to spread awareness and raise money for this amazing charity by doing 50 days of wellbeing activities including meditation, walks, crafts etc.

As well as this i'm taking on a big Challenge with my sister, Steffi by taking on The Worlds Fastest Zip Line in Wales which reaches over 100mph on the 28th July.

Im doing this to raise money for MRKH Connect as it's an amazing charity who does so much work to raise awareness and support people who are diagnosed and their families. MRKH Connect:

MRKH Connect 5000-in-50 is an annual international initiative to raise awareness for MRKH and we invite you to join us as we start again on May 30th 2025.

The challenge to participants is to contribute to the collective fundraising goal of £5000 in 50 days, in pursuit of raising awareness for MRKH.

This event, which runs virtually and challenges every individual who takes part all of whom will contribute to a collective fundraising target whilst promoting their own physical and mental health and feeling a sense of community.
