MRKH Connect 5000-in-50 is an annual international initiative to raise awareness for MRKH and we invite you to join us as we start again on May 30th 2025.

The challenge to participants is to contribute to the collective fundraising goal of £5000 in 50 days, in pursuit of raising awareness for MRKH.

This event, which runs virtually and challenges every individual who takes part all of whom will contribute to a collective fundraising target whilst promoting their own physical and mental health and feeling a sense of community.

I was diagnosed with MRKH at the age of 17 years old. This means I was born without a uterus so unable to carry a child. I wish to spread awareness for this charity and support them to help others like myself and our future generations.

I will take part in mindfulness activities that include yoga, meditation, reading, walking and journaling.
