I will be taking part in this years London to Brighton Bike Ride, which takes place on June the 16th (Fathers Day), in support of my Dad (and best friend), who has recently been diagnosed with cancer.

I will be tackling the 54 mile bike ride with my friend Paul Hallett, and brother in-law Francis Byrne, and between us we've got some hard training miles ahead of us in preparation for the big day!

I would really appreciate any donation that you can afford in support of my Dad's ongoing battle with cancer, and to raise some much needed money for this amazing charity, who help so many people across the UK on a daily basis.
