My name is Coco and my Grampa (Ken Chivers) has Alzheimers, we are very lucky to still have him with us. Alzheimers support he play a role in my Grampa and our life. So Me (his Granddaughter) Oscar (Coco's partner) Penny (his daughter) Matt (His son In Law) are all joining in on the charity walk on September the 21st to try and help raise some money and give back.
