On 21st September for World Alzheimer's Day, we will be walking in honour of the many people and families affected by dementia across Wiltshire.

Alzheimer's Support provides practical help, emotional support, and life-enriching activities for those living with dementia – and their carers too, so taking part in A Walk to Remember is a fantastic way to support our work.

Every pound raised will go directly towards our local services like day clubs, home support, and community groups that make a real difference every day.
