As you are aware Ty Hafan is a charity close to our hearts. Ty-Hafan provides us with respite care for Patrick. He has many complex needs and They are amazing with him. We never have to worry about him when he’s there knowing that the nurses are taking care of his every need.

They also help us as a family and will put on events for the boys and us parents so that we can meet and get support from others who are in similar situation to us.

I really really want to give something back. So as part of tea for Ty-Hafan this June I'm hosting a tea party to raise money for the charity.

Please come along and enjoy a tea/coffee and a cake (or 2) it would be lovely to see you and I have been told I make a great cuppa.

I am holding this event on my mums birthday, the 5th June. Sort of a little nod to her. An amazing granny who loved tea and cake and loved Patrick.

So please come along drink tea, eat cake and donate on the day. Bring a friend, mum or Granny.
