This September, Steve Garbus and Emma Ryan are taking part in the Great Yorkshire Abseil to raise funds for Mind in Bradford's vital services.

We'll be ziplining between the iconic 45ft high Ilkley Moor boulders, and then embarking on a 50ft abseil down 'the Cow'.
