Push your limits at the Great Yorkshire Abseil as you zipline between Ilkley’s dramatic 45ft boulders before taking on an exhilarating 50ft abseil at the iconic Cow and Calf Rocks.

No specialist equipment or previous experience is required, just sensible outdoor clothing and a sense of adventure! Our expert instructors will be on hand throughout the day to guide you safely through every step of this unforgettable challenge.

Participants must be aged 6 years or over. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 18 stone, due to harness restrictions.

The Ilkley Cow and Calf is just a 30-minute drive from Bradford and offers free parking on site. Please arrive by 10am for registration and a full safety briefing with our instructors after that, we’ll take care of everything.
