👁️ Brandon’s Story: Why We Are Supporting Gold Geese 💛

Last summer, our world was turned upside down when our son, Brandon, was diagnosed with retinoblastoma (a rare eye cancer). To save his life, he had to have his eye removed and undergo chemotherapy. We are incredibly grateful to say that Brandon is now in remission! He is our little hero, and his strength inspires us every single day. We could not have made it through this journey without Gold Geese. When cancer hit our family, they stepped in to support all of us.

They lifted our spirits when we needed it most by providing:

Comfort at home: Heartwarming visits, food deliveries, and toys for Brandon.

Mental health support: Emotional support and professional counseling for us as parents.

Sibling care: Special events for Brandon’s sister so she could meet other children going through the same thing and build her own support network.

Gold Geese looks after the whole family, not just the diagnosis. Now, together with our friends the Hinton family, we want to give back so they can continue to be a lifeline for other families facing childhood cancer.
