The Michelmores 5k Charity Run is set to return on Thursday 12 September 2024 in Exeter to raise money for FearFree, who work to break the cycle of abuse across the South West.

Vikki E, Olivia, Emma and Kevin are taking part in the charity run and would appreciate any donations.

Every pound counts - £30 could purchase a simple smartphone to enable a victim to make safe contact with the charity's services, and £100 could train a Volunteer Befriender who provides weekly mentoring support to people overcoming the trauma of abuse.
