Story
In honour of my father in law and my beautiful fiancés father who she sadly lost to kidney failure, I want to do what I can to raise awareness and support for this disease. So… This October, I'm taking on the National Kidney Federation's Kick a Habit for Kidney Disease challenge to help change the lives of people living with kidney disease.
For 31 days, I'll be giving up (or kick starting!) a habit to raise vital funds for the NKF – a charity run by kidney patients, for kidney patients.
Every day, thousands of people across the UK face the challenges of chronic kidney disease. Many rely on the NKF's Patient Helpline and Information Service for trusted advice, practical information and emotional peer support when they need it most.
I'm taking on this challenge to help ensure no one has to face kidney disease alone. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help the NKF continue providing life-changing support to kidney patients and their families.
If you're able to, please sponsor me and help make a real difference. Thank you so much for your support – it really does mean the world.
