Ben's Original Associates are taking on challenges all in aid of BBC Children in Need.

Our family of 4 are taking on an exciting challenge – walking Hadrian’s Wall – and we’d be so grateful for your support!

We’ll be trekking from west to east, hoping for a helpful tailwind as we cover around 100km from Carlisle to Newcastle. Along the way, we’ll stay in (hopefully) cosy inns and carry everything we need for our six-day adventure.

The biggest challenge will probably be for Penny (11) and Henry (9), but they’re already well aware of the incredible work Children in Need does to support children and young people facing difficulties with mental health, poverty, social inequality, and family challenges.

The chance to raise some money to make a difference was all the motivation they needed to spend their half-term on this adventure… that, and the promise of shiny new hiking boots and a bit of family fun celebrating the end of our journey in Newcastle!
