In memory of one of the most amazing, hilarious, adventurous people to ever walk the planet (even if though her and her industrial stomach dared me to eat some of the local delicacies - uck!) who I had the absolute privilege to know for 13 years and lucky enough to call a friend. While I will never match your culinary escapades, you have taught me the value of laughter, seizing the moment and being more curious about the world.

George - you are so missed, will never be forgotten and I will be raising a glass for you (which I know that, as someone who ordered a Bud at 9.30am on the double-decker train in Switzerland in the table service bar, just because you could, would have wanted!).
