Our CrossFit Vastus teams are taking on the Battle Cancer London event to raise money for Cynthia Spencer Hospice. This was Mandy’s choice, one of our coaches, as she is currently fighting her own battle with breast cancer.

Cynthia Spencer Hospice cared for Mandy’s husband in his final days, providing compassion and support when it was needed most. Now, we want to give back and help them continue the incredible work they do for so many families.
