Our CrossFit Vastus teams are taking on Battle Cancer London in October to raise money for two incredible charities chosen by two of our very own members.

Cynthia Spencer Hospice was Mandy’s choice, one of our coaches, as she is currently fighting her own battle with breast cancer. The hospice cared for Mandy’s husband in his final days, providing compassion and support when it was needed most. By fundraising, we are supporting Mandy and giving back to this amazing charity so they can continue their vital work for families in need.

Neuroendocrine Cancer UK was chosen by Berni, one of our members, who is bravely fighting this rare type of cancer herself. This charity supports patients and families, funds vital research, and raises awareness of neuroendocrine cancers so more people can get the help they need sooner. We want to stand with Berni and help make a real difference for this community.

Every rep, every drop of sweat, and every donation will help us fight alongside Mandy and Berni. Thank you for supporting our team and the incredible work of these charities!
