Bolton Hospice Workplace £50 Challenge

Team activities
We are taking part in the Bolton Hospice Workplace Raise-a-thon helping to raise much needed funds for the hospice during the pandemic.
Bolton Hospice remains on the front line of the response to the Covid-19 pandemic and their vital care for local people has continued throughout.
Their inpatient unit remains open, providing 24 hour care and support for patients who need care within the hospice and they have increased their Hospice at Home service, doubling the capacity of this team to enable them to care for more patients than ever before in their own homes.
The pandemic has impacted the hospice in a number of ways financially in particular the closure of their charity shops and café, and the cancellation of many of their planned fundraising events. These sources of income alone account for £1.7 million annually -36% of their total income.
We are proud to support the hospice, helping to raise vital funds for local people facing life-limiting illnesses and their families.
