Three generations, Daughter, Mum, and Nan are taking part in the “Run, Push or Walk Against Dementia” 5K to raise money for dementia services and awareness for dementia and Alzheimer’s.

This cause means so much to us because we have two much-loved family members with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Through this walk, we hope to support others going through the same journey and help raise vital funds for dementia services, care, and support.

The money generated from this event is helping to fund local Forget-Me-Not Cafés, Forget-Me-Notes singing groups and supporting other groups who help people with memory problems. Your support makes a real difference. Thank you.
