Run, Walk or Push against Dementia event is back for 2026!

Join us on Sunday 14 June 2026 in the stunning Knole Park to help raise money for local dementia projects.

Like previous years, there will be timed 3, 5 and 10k courses available. The 3 and 5k are suitable for everyone from parents with pushchairs to walkers and runners. The 10k course is for more confident runners and isn't suitable for walking or pushchairs.

There are only five-hundred places available, so book now to avoid disappointment.
