Story
100km for Guide Dogs 🐾
As a veterinary nursing team, we spend our days caring for animals in all kinds of circumstances. But recently, we had the incredible privilege of nursing one very special patient — a beautiful Guide Dog in training.
Caring for this amazing dog gave us a real insight into the dedication, patience and hard work that goes into helping a puppy become a life-changing companion. It also reminded us just how much Guide Dogs do for people living with sight loss.
Inspired by that experience, our veterinary nursing team has decided to take on a challenge of our own.
Each member of our team will be walking 100km alongside our own dogs to raise money for Guide Dogs. 🐕🦺
That’s 100km each, with muddy paws, tired legs, plenty of treats and hopefully lots of wagging tails along the way!
We know that 100km is going to be a challenge, but it feels like a small way for us to give something back to an organisation that does so much to transform lives. Having cared for a Guide Dog in training, we’ve seen first-hand the incredible work that goes into preparing these amazing dogs for their future roles.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help support Guide Dogs and the vital work they do.
So please consider sponsoring us, cheering us on, or simply sharing our fundraiser with your friends and family. Every step we take — and every muddy pawprint we leave behind — is for a wonderful cause. ❤️🐾
100km each. One team. Lots of dogs. One amazing cause.
Thank you for supporting us! 🐕🦺❤️
