On 19th September, my dad and I will be walking a night time full marathon in London in support of Hope for HH UK, a charity that holds deep personal significance for my family.

My sister, Lucy, lives with a very rare brain tumour called a hypothalamic hamartoma, and Hope for HH UK has provided invaluable support, information, and guidance to us throughout our journey. Their work funds vital research and offers a lifeline to families navigating this rare condition.

Every step of this marathon will be taken in her honour, and in support of the many other families affected by HH. I would be enormously grateful for any donation you are able to make, however large or small — your generosity will make a real difference.
